Is it possible to upgrade the GT-R, or is it always the way it use when you get it, since it's a concept car and all?

I'm not sure on the answer...but this has been bugging me and I wanna know...how can you get those cars? The one's thath ave no price on them, like I know the transport missions let you drive them...but how do you get them besides through the trade system?

you have to finish certain groups of challenges for cars.. for example im pretty sure you get the yellow mustang GTR after completing the 30 transport missions
the cobra concept i think you get for the model missions or hitch hiker missions, not sure which

Yes, the GT-R is the reward for completing all vehicle transport missions.

At least I have a shot at the GT-R. No way I am ever going to get the others. Hitchhiker and Delivery missions are just crazy. I am so far off the times it is not funny. But I will keep plodding along.

Select the car at the dealer like if you were to buy it and it will tell you what you need to do to get it

I see, that makes sense, I always thought, why the heck are these cars in here if you can't get them???
I should've known there was a catch involved...do yo uget any cars at champion level? That would be tight, I know you get hardcore mode, but does anything else happen?

Don't think much else happens when you get to champion. For me, it just opened up that private Racetrack or whatever, and gave me access to Hardcore mode. (what is Hardcore mode btw? EDIT: answered my own question.)

you cant tune the concepts and you cant tune one of the Benz. I tried and it says cant upgrade car, and it a normal one ou can buy. The concepts are fun to play with. Like to cruise the island in the Cobra concept

Hardcore mode for those interested is the next step beyond all driving aids off. The vehicles become even more difficult to drive. Also some aspects of driving are opened up, such as Drifting.

Its more like driving on ice, which is wet, with slick tires, in a frictionless environment.

Money becomes no problem at Champ level. Do the "180 mph in downtown". Takes a B car and about 10 seconds = $70 grand. Do that 10 times and you got some real money to work with.
I run it 5 or 6 times every time I start the game just to warm up. Money adds up fast.

Find you a car you are comfortable with to do those hitchhiker missions... Most can be done in a Class D car... even an E class will do most of them... 120mph will do it... find one that runs that fast easily then relax...
I did most of my first ones in the Saleen Class D Convertible.... Mustang 'vert class 3... being careful helped more than top speed...
The next time I restarted.... I got a good deal on a Mercedes Mclaren... early on... I used that car for every hitchiker... forget top speed just relax and run the race. :noob:

Like USRW_Lone_Wolf said, it's not a concept. You can purchase it from a classic car dealer in the south east of the map. It costs $3 million.

The Shelby Daytona is'nt a concept car.
He's probably talking about the Shelby GR-1 concept. Which, to be fair, is a concept for a new Daytona coupe.
