Rarity confirmation? Bumper Bash & Master Builder

Hi there,
I am new to this forum. I was trying to buy some new games for my Atari 2600. On Ebay I found some auctions. I remember Bumper Bash from when I was younger.

My question is about the rarity of the games this guy is selling...

He says that one of them is rated a 9 and the other an 8.

Would you agree? I mean, if so... I'll probably bid because there doesn't seem to be much interest. But if not.... then I don't want to waste my time.

Anyway, if you go to AtariAge.com, they have a rarity guide that tells you how rare a game is. It's very helpful.
