I see RUF (Porsche) in one of the Tunning places but no actual models.

RUF is the german manufacturer of Porsche.
Why in god's hell I see this name listed in one of the High-End Tunning shops' list as a car which can be modified when it is not even for sale, not even in the game - THERE IS NO RUF IN TEST DRIVE :(

What is going on here, please explain me.

Geeze, calm down. If you look about 8 posts down, you will see this has already been discussed. Not to mention the other 20 times.

The game has been designed to allow for the addition of downloadable cars later. The XBox 360 version was released in the same way, and later received a number of RUF cars as downloadable content. Hopefully we will get them soon.
