How do I increase my nature or technology percentage?

Obviously there is a way to increase your nature and technology percentage in order to use certain weapons. But I have no idea how to do it. I know it has nothing to do with attributes. Maybe I can't increase it because I have the demo or maybe I have to increase it by completing quests. I have no idea. Someone please explain how to increase it.

You increase it by completing quests that are inherently aligned with one or the other. For example by putting the gas generators in the swamp you help technology. conversely by saving the were-goblin you align with nature.

Neither faction can be brought forth in the demo.
