Path to Greybay on foot?

Can anyone please tell me how to walk to Greybay from Silverfall city, or another place before that quest? Thanks in advance. I have been stuck on this one part for about 2 days now.

You have to walk through Gaian to the area of the Corrupt Elves, and then through the right side of that map.
