running Silverfall on vista

I just got this game today. has anyone got this game run on windows vista ? I try to run it. it wont do nothing. I end off installing on winxp portion.

I have Vista Ultimate and the game is working fine with me.

I have Vista Ultimate 64bit and 32 bit... the game works for the most part. I had issues prior to April 18 but that was because the nVidia drivers were flaky in Vista. When you determine a game as "being crap" in Vista, you've got to first make sure that you're drivers are upto date and your hardware isn't fecal.

What is your video card, MB and processor type? System memory?

I have geforce 7600 512 gs and latest drivers installed.

I got it working on vista. UAC was turn on so I turn it off then game started working. I think game is great however i finding it away to hard becouse my person dies to easy. I wish I had that weapon at begining of game.

had what weapon? Don't venture too far from the refugee camp until you reach level 7. Also make sure that you have equipment and skills that play to your playing style. A companion (Morka is usually the first one people attain), will help you a lot if you tell her to focus ONLY on healing YOU).

The monsters have what I call "geosynchronous leveling". This means that the monsters level with you. If you're level 5 the monsters will be between 3 and 8. There is a level cap that monsters will receive, for instance the monsters near the refugee camp wont be much higher than level 10 even is you are level 20 - they'll just give you very very little EXP and their drops will be outdated.
