[HELP] - About Quest Free Kara

ok, hello everyone
im lvl 47 Sorcerer

im in Campaign 'Free Kara'
quest -> Speak to Hob..

i know where Hob is in the map but i cant walk till there...i went to many ways trying to find him..but is almost impossible.. ;X
every way is closed

anyone is in this quest?
or
anyone know the right way?

ps: At the first time a npc asked me if i wanted to go there..but i answered 'no' and now he dont talk more to me.

Hi! I am actually having that problem too...i think. Are you talking about the quest to Greybay? cuz I cant seem to find the way to walk there.

as u can see in my map above..there is a way to go to Greybay..just follow it
im stuck in the ' X '.

You see the map where you are? devilishh
There is a part of mounten looks like has been demolitioned. So the road has heen blocked
Stand there and open the map. You can get there by press the "X" on the map!

Or you can go east of the city, follow the city wall go north
