Poll: Tenkaichi 3 Release Date - 2007 or 2008

Well, which release date do you want the most? Personally I would go for 2008. Then I will have a PS3, then the developers would also be able to do a lot more with the game. I can afford to wait, so 2008 definitely for me:up:

Hey, I'm visiting for a bit.

I say 2008, but it would have to be early 2008. I don't think they could drag it off for too long. Perhaps Jan, Feb or March of 2008 would be good. I'd be happy to wait as long as they make it good. As long as they have a website up with updates, lots of info and footage to keep us excited for the time being.

Well, I will just make it short. Tenkaichi 2 used 8/12 of what the PS2 is capable off. So if they put it on PS2, we will only get minor updates. It only used 2/12 of the Wii capability, so they can keep it on the Wii.

I agree with kamiccolo if they have updates and stuff then i wouldnt care how long the release was but im not gonna make the same mistake i did with t2!!!! I kept watching the story mode videos and looking at all the character lists so i knew what was in it this time i want it to be a supprise!!!! i was bored of the games also cause i was playin t1 24/7 so i got bored of t2 real fast this time if i know t3 is comin out in about a month or 2 away i will not even touch t2 so i can save the excitement for t3 the most i will look at about t3 is what system it will be on and i hope you guys are right i hope it does come for ps3 because im gettin a ps3 for my b-day in june and this is the only opportunity i have to get a next gen system so im goin with ssj5 vegetas thery about it bein on PS3 Well you guys wont hear from me for a whil at least for the weak i might pop in and out but not much well later

It'd be awesome if they used WiiConnect24 for the Wii version, so that Wii owners of the version can get downloadble content sent from the developers/publishers.

Maybe they could even send us some authentic Miis like Goku, which is hard to do. XD

As long as they need to make the game better than it's predecessor. Though not to long, for example, releasing it on 2009 or 2010; though 2008 is just fine.

I can actually agree on this because I think they should improve the motion-sensors on the Wii a whole LOT more.

This way I can buy some Wii games that I'm looking forward to at that time. :D

I think it should be a Q4 2008 release for both systems. Two years is enough time to make a great PS3 version and Wii version. Instead of having the problem MGS4 is currently having, by the time 2008 Q4 comes around many people will own PS3s and Wiis. As far as X360 goes, just drop the topic unless you want to start another console war.

Online play between consoles would be tough, if not impossible, but still a great idea if it could be pulled off. Another idea would be downloads for new characters!

How about this instead of a Q4 2008 release, a Q4 2007 release. However, they should constantly upgrade the game. They could ost downloads for new characters, CAC items, game updates, and constantly improve the system. This would give us mostly what we want, but add on to the game to improve the system.

Whether or not it is Q4 2007 or 2008, they should go for a Q4 release because of the holidays. Instead of leaving people in limbo they should tell us about the game along the way, and not hide themselves at the E3. Please Atari keep us updated along the way.

I am definitely going for Q4 2008. This way they can work fully & bring out the best in the next DB
Game! 2007 is too soon & releasing it this year will only be repeating the mistakes of past DB Games!

On the side note if they are able to stretch their schedule & release it for 2009 at the most, that will
be even more amazing. But that may not happen.

EDIT: That update Site on what will be in the next Installment is a great Idea, & if they are able to
set up a Site like that it will give Fans an insight on what they will see & mabye things they can add
the things we do like & things we do not like!

Namco won't necessarily help with BT3, this is stated on IGN in an article. Hopefully Namco will help though, nothing is for sure.

i say they do September for the ps3 then November for the wii in 2008. then offer online content for both consoles. The wii could have unique characters and story lines for it and personalized mii for sale and uniquem ones you win for a contest as promotion for the game. The ps3 could have special characters like what if or pora pora brothers characters and have and spacial techniques and spacial fusions then have controllers or spacial move for created characters for promotion. anyway sorry for getting off track but yeah late 08 release so they can hopefully add a create a character mode and have updates for both consoles my two cent
