Help me pls!

Can somebody help with these spaceworx problem? I downloaded the JCat's SpaceWorx scenery items and when I tried to play RCT3, when I clicked it, it hanged and then it said no :svd for :sid?!?! :cry: :bored: pls help me guys!!!

Take a deep breath, use the search, and look at the stickies in the CS forum.

Most likely when you downloaded the set an extra level of folders was created.

As the stickies will tell you, just navigate your way to PrgramFiles/Atari/RCT3/Style/Themed.

Find the folder for Spaceworx.

Double click to open it. You should see another folder named JCat's Spaceworx (which contains all the actual object files) along with two OVL files, one named style.common and the other named style.unique.

If those two OVL files are missing, but you do have a folder named JCat's Spaceworx, that means there's an extra folder. Go ahead and click on the one folder there to open it...are the two OVL files and another folder named JCat's Spaceworx now showing up? If so, go back one level to the folder that held the two OVL's and the folder of objects, and drag/move it to your desk top and park it there for a moment.

You should now have a folder in RCT3/Style/Themed labeled JCat's Spaceworx that when you double click to open shows that it's empty. Delete that empty folder.

Now drag/move the folder you just parked on your desktop (the one with the two OVL files and the folder of objects) back into your RCT3/Style/Themed. That should solve your problem.
