Here is an older set I've made some months ago.
It's the north entry of Walt Disney World's Main Street Emporium in Orlando.
It's a set with various pieces and two angled windows.
Enjoy

Try NOT putting it in the Structures folder. All custom scenery goes in the style folder, not structures

cj, if I remember correct, you are not a newbie here. How could this happen to you?? :p Hope you managed your "problem" meanwhile.

Looking great, eezee! The curved roofs need a little help- it looks like they were made by making one section and duplicating and rotating them. This is how I've been making my dome roofs for Oz and I've found that once you have the final model sized, textured, and positioned, unweld the entire object, and then select only the curved faces and then re-weld them as a whole. This will cause the object to shade properly (at least this works using MilkShape).
Great set addition!

DL05 - please look up at the top of the page for a stickied topic that has links to tutorials on how to properly install custom scenery. Those numbers you posted mean nothing, but it sounds like you have not followed the correct steps.

Actually you aren't a newbie at all DLO5. I double checked my Themed folder and looked at eezee's work, when I double clicked the folder I found it was empty (I haven't played the game since before I installed this set). I deleted that folder, tried downloading and installing again, same problem, also got an error message
I finally figured out the problem - for me anyways...before I would just double-clicke on the zip file so it opened and then just drug the files over to Style/Themed. It seems that won't work for this set, you need to actually unzip it to your desktop, and then drag the folder into Style/Themed. It works now. Maybe that's what happened to you?
Yeah, I tried that and it works now. Thanks, man.

I don't have a styles/themed folder
Sure you do. You're probably looking at the RCT3 folder in My Documents, that's the wrong place.
Look under C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/ Scroll down and you should see Style, inside of that is Themed, that's the folder that Custom Scenery goes into.

eezee, just saying thanks again for this fantastic set, :D have you ever thought about doing any diagonal windows or diagonal roof pieces. Just a thought. :D That is one thing I run into that is a problem when I build my structures.
-eezee-
04-28-2007, 05:47 PM
well, in this set you'll find two different diagonal windows.
For the diagonal roof pieces you'll have to wait for the Haunted Mansion set. It will feature diagonal roofs. well, at least the whole building, except the entrance with the tower is diagonal.

I have a quick question. Are the pieces that are featured in this set just recently added to the real Emporium? I can't remember whether they were there or not, but this picture from about 8 years ago shows that there's nothing there.
