You will need to post some pictures of what happens when you click the download link. Or explain in more detail.

extract the custom scenery into your My computer/Local Disk (C)/Program Files/Atari/ Roller coaster tycoon(R) 3/Style/Themed folder.. Before you post a thread to ask a question, try searching the forums to find what you need first.

Perhaps you don't have a extracting program. If this is true, get winrar. you can find it online.

@CDN1212-But he said it wont download, unless he explained wrong this will not solve the problem.

@xfreakx1687-is the problem that it wont download or it will download but then you don't know what to do. If it is you are not sure what to do once download then do as CDN1212 said above.

well I don't know if it is better but I use winRAR. It always works for me.
You can download winRAR 3.62 from here. (http://dw.com.com/redir?pid=10614813&merid=113677&mfgid=113677&ltype=dl_dlnow&lop=btn&edId=3&siteId=4&oId=3120-2250_4-10614813&ontId=2250_4&dlrs=1&destUrl=http://www.download.com%2F3001-2250_4-10614813.html)

So its not a downloading problem then. it is an extracting problem. try getting winrar off the net as I mentioned before. you can search it on google. try extracting, using using winrar, and if it still does not work, then I don't know how to help you.

It will extract to where you allocate it to go.

extract the custom scenery into your My computer/Local Disk (C)/Program Files/Atari/ Roller coaster tycoon(R) 3/Style/Themed folder.. Before you post a thread to ask a question, try searching the forums to find what you need first.

I think you mean billboards. I am fairly certain that billboards are just placed in the same location as custom scenery.

Once you have placed your billboards in the themed folder or even if you just want to use the games billboards, open the game go to scenario editor, go to scenery then click billboards from their click the folder button to browse the pictures on your computer, this is how you add your own pictures to billboards.

That's because Vista changed the location where your billboard images, and the game still wants to look for them where it thinks they should be. In XP they were stored in MyPictures/RCT3, however in Vista it's Pictures/RCT3 without the 'My". That confuses the game since it needs to follow a specific path to the image file it's trying to call up.
