No, it will be only one set - the one with the lower poly's (still enough ;) ).
But, believe me, it looks way better than the high-poly stuff.
Building this set I've learned, that you can achieve a lot of detail because of textures.

@disneyzcoolz: As I know, the castle will be released in parts and not as a structure. It's totally simple, just put the about 120 pieces together and you've your castle. :D Maybe eezee has changed his plans, because it's a little tricky to build the castle when you don't work on the 3D-model before too.

To be honest: To spend an hour to build a castle is nothing against the hours to create the models. And - if you want an unique park, than build your own castle with eezee's set. If you buy a lego-model you get also an pack with loose blocks and must build anything yourself.

Or maybe not. I'm very sorry, that you'll need 1 hour to build the castle, but i doubt it, i'm sure you'll need a lot more time. i have spend 6 months. maybe i should come over to your place and play the game for you - you lazy thing ...

what i can do is, i can make some kind of manual/tutorial, where i cover the "tricks" on how to build the castle.

First of all, thank you guys and gal's for all your support so far :)

To make it clear - I will not release the castle as one structure. it will up to you to make your own personal Castle. What i can provide is a "How to". It's like other already said, you don't buy a finished puzzle, you have to complete it yourself.

An btw, Good News, i've completed the last piece.
Now i have to make some pictures, the license agreement text, the tutorial, wrap all together and relese it .... just a couple of days ...

I was expecting greatness, and well, this did not live up to my expectations.

In fact, it shattered my expectations. This. Is. Brilliance.

I always thought it would be a great set based on the pictures, but now that it's actually in game, I consider it one of the best sets ever to have graced RollerCoaster Tycoon.

I extend my personal thanks for this truly amazing set. I also thank you for making that guide for us, as it well help us a whole lot when we're trying to build our own castles.

I admire your work with utmost support, and I will continue to follow your other sets with the same awe I have for this one.

EDIT!!!!!!!!: Eezzee!! You have a true masterpiece here...I don't think a scenery set has ever brought tears to my eyes before...but this set is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in the game. I literally got teary-eyed testing out the pieces...Wow...I can't wait to build things with this set.

Actually eezee i have a prob with the set as well.. SVD lol ummmm but i am going to install the pack on my other comp because the comp i installed it on usually has a problem with cs. But evn if it doesnt work this is the nicest pack ever and i want to congratulate you on the completion and sucsess. also i would like to say sorry for the probles we might have had in the past. please forgive me and my over use of "lol" .

This set is fabulous - the CS itself is crafted to blend seamlessly and create the object is was created for as well as providing some wonderful architectural additions for any other buildings one wishes to imagine.

Ahh! Another CS set to spawn legions upon legions of recreations of parts of WDW.

Guess the castle will be growing in a lot of parks. but that's why i made it.


Fantastic set; easily one of the best! Yes, there will be tons of WDW recreations using this, but those with a bit more imagination will find many uses for this other then "Cinderella's Castle"

I also hope, that the people will be different structures with this, in my opinion very versatile, set.
Can't wait to see what people are coming up with ...

Actually eezee i have a prob with the set as well.. SVD lol ummmm but i am going to install the pack on my other comp because the comp i installed it on usually has a problem with cs. But evn if it doesnt work this is the nicest pack ever and i want to congratulate you on the completion and sucsess. also i would like to say sorry for the probles we might have had in the past. please forgive me and my over use of "lol".

this pack looks so tight eezee, but i cant get it on to my RCT3. Ive gone through the extracting process downloading it etc. but for some reason, It wont come up. I had the same problem at first too. first of all What you need to do is delete ezee's set out of the C:/programfiles/atari/style/theme.

unzip the cinderella castle somewhere on your desktop, copy the two files and then past them back in the C:/programfiles/atari/style/them folder

everything should work then. :D

Well, i guess this set is one of a kind - i've never had to unzip and move items into the themed folder - generally it unzips directly in there with no problem. And I'm still trying to understand why it would come up with a svd for sid error when everything looks about right...maybe the set needs to see the correct path to our RCT folder, and not the one the zip file came with?

Maybe here's the problem, the zip does NOT contain any paths ...

You should have in Your themed folder TWO folders called:
eeZee-WDW Castle
eeZee-WDW Inner Castle

Don't know exactly what is happening, but i've read somewhere, that You should extract the zip-file to your desktop and than move tho the themed-folder. That should do it.

With a Mac You don't need a special program. Just double click it.
With Windows You need the free Acrobat Reader You can dowwnload it here (http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html).

Ok first of go to my computer...
Then go to local disk or ( C: )
Next Open programs files...
And then Atari...
Then rct3...
Look for style and open it...
And then Themed...
And finally copy paste em in there, or slide from desktop much easier...

I love your castle, and have tried to download it several times, it shows up within the game, but when I click on something to freezes the game, with an error SVD or something like that. I have downloaded Shyguys, and they work OK. I am downloading in exactly the same way. What is wrong please help! oH I have just read the above comments and seems others are having the same problem. What I do is download to my desktop. Unzip, then drag the folder into style/themed, which is the same as I do with the others. Well I tried it again and now it is working fine. This time I extracted the files, then opened them to find 2 folders which I placed individually, and deleted the other items. Anyway thank you very much for this.

well, this is a problem of YOU installed it wrong.

I would delete and redownload it and then do like this:

Unzip it to the desktop or any directory where you keep your cs files
Then, double click the folder
Then continue opening the folders until you see a folder in wich there are these files:


Unique.ovl Common.ovl Any other folders.

If there is not, just open the next folder that should be inside the one you just opened.

I hope you understand what I wrote. Anyways, dont ehisitate on ask me

What do you mean with "it still won't work"??
The castle is a CS set, that means you have to build it yourself with the parts of the set, just follow the instructions in the manual.

"no svd; for no svd" usually means. you haven't installed the set correctly. unzip to your desktop (or where you have downloaded) then follow the instructions in the enclosed readme.txt - that should solve your problems.

danielghafur - did you read the tutorials on installing custom scenery? They are in a stickied thread at the top of the page in this CS section and you should read them before downloading anything. Also be sure to read the READ ME file eezee always includes in the download.

^ Welcome to Atari forum. That error is always due to a bad installation of CS, do as Wagi suggested and read the read me in the pack. Double posting is against the rules on this forum, people have been banned for it.

danielghafur, it's really important to go over the information eezee included on his READ-ME file. eezee uses a Mac, and he makes sure to include files needed by Mac users. If you are using a pc, then you don't need some of those files. What's likely is that you stuck the entire folder in the correct spot, but you really only needed part of the contents of that folder.

Move the entire folder you installed to your desktop, then re-read the READ-ME and it will tell you which sub-folder it is to move back into the game. It should work after that.

I just downloaded and looked at the zip.

Drag the zip file to your desktop. Click on it and have it unzip the contents to your desktop.

Inside you'll see two folders (eeZee-WDW Castle, eeZee - Inner Castle), a pdf file (How To) which a tutorial on how the parts fit together, and two documents (Installation, License).

Click and open the first folder (eeZee - WDW Castle), inside you will see four folders with individual object files PLUS two OVL files (Style.unique and style.common). Those two OVL's tell you that this first folder is in fact supposed to be placed by itself in your style/themed folder in the game. So move that folder named eeZee - WDW Castle into C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Style/Themed.

Go back to your desktop, there will be that other folder named eeZee - WDW Inner Castle. Look inside, there should be two folders with individual object files, PLUS again, those two OVL files (style.common and style.unique) Since those two OVL files are present, you know that this folder is also another set that should be placed in style/themed by itself. So move the folder eeZee - WDW Inner Castle into C:/ProgramFiles/Atari/RollerCoaster Tycoon 3/Style/Themed.

That will leave that pdf file (How To) and the License and Installation documents in the original file you un-zipped. You can store those somewhere on your computer but make sure NOT to put them inside of the game files.

Start the game up again and it should work.

The game engine follws a specific path to find each scenery object. If that path gets changed (usually because there's extra layers of folders) then you'll get the No :svd for :sid error. Finding where those two OVL files in a set will show you the correct folder to install.

Try to unzip the downloaded file to your desktop, then move the folders to the coresponding places - also read the readme carefully. Hope that helps.

I'm not sure if its the same for you,
but for some reason i get the no svd for sid message on this set only. I have LOT'S of custom scenery and this hasn't happened before. I tried uninstalling an installing but it still wont work; it's in the right folder and there is nothing wrong with it. Does anyone know a way to fix this?

The no svd for sid error means it's not installed correctly. On this set it's easy to get an extra 'layer' in the folder structure if you don't follow the directions eeZee included.

After downloading the file, have the contents extract to your desktop.

You'll see a folder marked eeZee_Cinderella's_Castle. Open that folder.

Inside you'll find two .txt files (License.txt and Installation.txt), a .pdf file labeled How To.pdf, and two folders (eeZee_WDW Inner Castle and eeZee_WDW Castle).

ONLY those two folders (eeZee_WDW Inner Castle and eeZee_WDW Castle) are to be moved into c:/ProgramFiles/Atari/RollercoasterTycoon 3/Style/Themed, and nothing else. This set will have two folders in Style/Themed.

The two .txt files and the .pdf file do not go into Style/Themed, you can delete them after reading them.

I can't find where it says those instructions, the Installation text just says to extract to the ...style/themed folder. Anyways thanks for helping me out, I can't wait to use this set.

I cant get this set to work. It shows up I can place a wall and everything, but not make the wall higher than that. Like the original sets that come with the game, you place a piece, and then the next shows red till you press shift then you can build upward. Mine just keeps showing blue, and I can place more than one in the same location. Any help or ideas. I have also taken the file out re downloaded and put it back in. Done this and also restarted game each time.

You have to manually move your mouse forward while holding the shift button , Do the in-game tutorials they help with basic stuff like this.
Hold alt on a piece that is higher up and all pieces jump to that height.
These pieces have no collision detection so they will not turn red.

The red ghost you mention is caused by the scenery piece having collision detection built into it. This set is Custom Scenery so it doesn't have collision detection. That's why you can place several on top of each other, holding shift while raising the piece will still work. You just have to take a little longer to get the pieces joining up to one another instead of them snapping into place. Welcome to the forums!

That is like one of the hardest sets to use IMO , but with alot of work It can be done.

Oh I get it now, DUH, LOL. Hold the shift button and move the mouse. Wow feel kinda stupid now. Couldnt figure that out. LOL. Ok now im off to build. Thanks for all the help.

yeah... i Downloaded this file.. installed it correctly... and In-Game it crashes no svd for sid error.. anyways.. i tried to delete it, and its not even in my style/themed folder, its not even in any of the sub-folders in the style/themed folder, but yet it is still in my scenery In-Game... any suggestions?

How would i delete this, if i cant find the file folders?? so i can re-download it
