Difficulty levels?

Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to switch difficulty levels. I just beat the game a few minutes ago (I love this game :D), I don't really like running around killing zombies in one hit.

I figured it out on my own.

For those who don't know (yes, I'm actually going to share this info, unlike others), you go into options, and on the very bottom, there will be "Normal" "Difficult" and "Very Difficult", just select one of those and hit quit, then start your file.
