Patch for Digital-Download version?

I've notice the post still says we will get the patch 'soon', but thats been over a month. When will the people who got Silverfall from the digital-download [Atari] get the patch?

A patch is still in the works... A patch for retail and download will be released at the same time...

Since the retail-box version had the 1.16 and now the 1.17 patch, when will those of us who downloaded get it? Above you said we would get it at the same time, but it doesn't seem like that happened.

Bump...I have the same question. When will the digital download patch be available, there are a number of bugs that need to be fixed.

I guess this illustrates don't digital download...get the retail version as they get patched.

I just posted my own complaint about this then noticed this thread. Brilliant customer service, if I may say so...not patching us is one thing, but not even dignifying the issue with a response is just pathetic.

We are waiting for a new patch to arrive from Monte Cristo the developer of the game... Sorry for the hold up but unfortunately there is nothing we can do until we have a patch from them. Once we have it, it will be an extremely fast turnaround to get it up on the site and to you users.

I do hope that means you intend to also get the patch out to your Steam customers too. because I tell you now, I am far from happy with your level of support.

As I have said in other threads Atari did not publish the Steam version of the game and therefor we are not able to support those customers. If you need support with Steam you must contact either Steam or Monte Cristo.
