How do you properly install this (http://http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/showthread.php?t=517327) scenery pack? I've tried many times to download it, but it doesn't appear in the game. Can someone help me?

Just download the set then use winRAR(if you dont have winRAR google it) to extract it right click then select extract here, now double click the icon this will open an install shield, then you are done.

its under the general scenery tab, not the walls... its down in the middle

I've tried extracting it(I have Windows XP) and installing it, but it doesn't come up in the general scenery tab like Old-Spice said.
