For now the 360 but in time i garuntee that the ps3 will rise. And the wii will definately go downhill soon.

It all depends. If you want to game in HD and want to do it as cheap as possible, you can't beat the 360. For $299 and $30 for a memory card, you can play and save your progress. If you can find a wii, that's cool, but if they don't come out with killer games, forget it ...

As far as the PS3, if you can spare $599 for a glorified Blu-Ray machine that can play games, sweet. But there's nada right now that really makes me want to spend an extra $270 for something that's dead last right now, and delayed a year to start off with. Plus, the PS2 benefitted greatly from exclusives - GTA series - God of War - Devil May Cry - Gran Turismo - SOCOM - Metal Gear Solid 3 - and Xbox own3rs had to wait ... and wait ... and wait for some of the games to come to Xbox. That's not the case now. Yeah, there's Resistance and Motor Storm ... and Solid Snake ... but rest assured ... folks are basing Sony predictions on the past ... and they forget about exclusives. Sony downplays exclusives, but they will be gravely mistaken ...

Look at the prices. The PS3 is barely more than the 360. A few games at most.

Blue ray is the technology that Will help PS3 games own.

For your extra $270 you get great connectivity. WIFI connection, Memory card slots, a bigger hard drive, Online funtions free, a blue ray player, Motion sensing, A nice looking console, A HDMI port, A web browser.

As i have said before you get what you pay for.

And the PS3 isnt a glorified blue ray machine. Its A great games console capable of playing great games and blue ray disks.

NOt true i am seeing PS3 games sell for a max of £45. Most are tending to cost £30-39. Well thats the price which my local game store is charging.

Also you could probably be getting 360 games for around £30. But 360 games were the same price as PS3 ones at launch.

I'll say something about ports, PS3 has HDMI, which makes games look SOO much better. Of course you need a HDTV, but theyre relatively cheap these days. As for pricing of games, there is not much difference. Here 360 games are AU$97.00 and PS3 games are AU$106.00, see only 10 bucks difference. So your not paying MUCH more for better graphics, only a bit.

Developers have confirmed that the PS3 is harder to work on. As a result the games at this time are not looking as good as they should be. GIve the developers a month and things will be looking better.

And god i just realised americans get everything so much cheaper.
Over here the price of an xbox is a similar to a PS3 in america.
