There isn't a lightning effect that I know of on the forums, but Nuclear Fish might make one in his next particle effects set.

You'll have one after I release my Tower of Terror video for sure...but it'll just be a firework file. If you can wait a couple of weeks...there is lightning in the Advanced Firework editor...it is just knida tricky to figure that thing out...

I know and I've tried but the closest I can get to making lightning is a lightinig field (like a star field but with lightning)
