Side quest "destroy ore reserves of competitor"...WHERE??? (SPOILERS)

I've been all over the map and no side quest pointer has appeared for this quest. Could someone point me in the right direction, thanks:up:

If you don't see an arrow, then quest isn't located in your current area. Try selecting the quest while in some dungeons.

from memory they are on the upper cloudcity level not far from where the quest is given ( same level )

I ran in to the same thing: After you get the quest, you'll find some Zoko (or whoever the heck) guards in upper cloud city. they'll attack you on sight. Destroy the boxes where they were.
