when ever i try to load multiplayer or internet it kicks me out of game :down: what is wrong with this?? then it comes up with error message and i can click don't send or send error report can some one help me please

I just got the game and installed it. I cannot even run the game. I have the patch for 1.17 and every time I go to run the game, it just shuts down and I get an error message. I cannot figure out how to fix it. I defragged my hard drive, reinstalled it, tried it without the patch, nothing works.
