game-wise DS is way better. But PSP with a free web browser, plus the RSS feed where Im able to download lots of cool things, sorta like youtube but limited options. Its still great! But DS being mic enabled is a great feature, even tho sometimes it gets a little staticky. I rate DS a 9 because of quality of games, and PSP an 8 because the games are bad. Wipeout Pure is great tho. Probably best game on PSP.

Its already out. I would have gotten it a few weeks ago if I had more money on me.

Also, the DS has a headset so you can chat while playing games like Metroid.
