Look at 1994. I thought nobody had died at CP, except that one guy who jumped off Great Wheel?

No one has died at Cedar Point as a result of a ride accident or malfunction.

That 1994 item was a long time ago, but I seem to recall that there was a heart defect that was blamed. It was not due to a ride accident or malfunction.
