Team effects
Characters threw out the series and manga's are connected to eachother. friendship, rivalry or hate. And i think that should have effect on a match.
my idea is that if you fight in a team with the characters your character has a special bond with has certain benefits. If you have for example ''goku's team'' ( goku, gohan, vegeta, piccolo and trunks) your character and others will receive special benefits. Goku and vegeta have an umatched rivalry between eachother. this emotion should be reflected in the game. so if vegeta is in team goku they will both fight harder in order to find out who is supreme. gohan is goku's son, so if he is in the goku team and goku or gohan is defeated one of them will get a stat boost because hes son or father is beaten severly or killed. thise could be the same for vegeta/trunks or gohan/piccolo.
this kind of effect will also apply when fighting certain characters on the other team. if you have goku and vegeta fighting eachother they will receive certain benefits or disadvantages like stat raise or not being able to withdraw from a battle because they are eachothers rival. etc
this does not only apply to teams or to the goku group but also to evil groups like nappa and vegeta or freeza and hes soldiers.these effects do not cost potura's or anything like that
