Question about food stalls/restaurants

I see people on here that make like their own actualy retaurants but I don't know how the only thing with food I can do is use the Food Stalls in the game. Does anyone know how to make the restaurant things?:mad:

Don't forget too use the in-game custom stalls!

Or Belgabor's RCGS-Set. DasMatze's Set is designed for this, I think.
