hi, i am not new to custom scenery, but am new to creating custom scenery. So i thought instead of doing useful things i'd just try and do little things. In sketchup i am making a sofa thing, but when i put an arc on the arms (so they are rounded) when i connect all the lines it does not go white as you can see in the picutre HELP why aren't they turning to white. It's as if i've not joined up something

Take the line tool and connect the faces (sometimes you need to draw diags)

i know to stop it going upside down, in the importer where you load the model, on the orientation bit on the left you click edit then on that screen fix orientation. Unfortunately i dont know how to make them visible.
