The ingame western scenery is the best i think.. it's amazingly good and fit's with every cs pack.. proof in my sig.

Shyguy's catfish cove is also good and smallish corral set.

Vodin's Log Cabin. Mill and Vermont sets, shyguy's Catfish Cove, and DasMatze's Swiss-It all could work, and RCTSpanky is working on a new set to fillout the in-game Western items.
