Help finding CS sets...

Are there any CS sets that contain traffic cones, parking fences, painted arrows for a road, or ticket stalls.

I can't find any with those, so if any of you would be kind to point me in the direction of any CS sets that contain those items, that would be great!

Actually here's what I need (if any of you could make this)

A ticket gate with the "clicker" thing that you walk through (sorry couldn't find a good picture).

Painted street arrows. I also need a turn lane arrow as well.
