Another Question? Building Interiors?

How important is the building interiors when making a park. Let say for instance creating a resturaunt or restroom for instance? Should I be concerned with decorating the walls and making sure the ceiling looks right for these structures? Or is this something reserved for buildings used on rides?

The only reason I ask is cause I want to conform to the normal processes used by the community when creating new parks and/or rides. I'd rather know what I should be trying to accomplish now, than to find out later in a thread where someone tells me what I should have done. I guess you could say I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I really don't like having to do the same job twice cause I made a mistake the first time.

If you let peeps into the building than yes, it should have an interiors. It can't be a giant block with a path inside it.:bulb:

Well, oyu give two examples; a restroom and a restaurant.
For a restroom: Nobody cares how it looks like inside, except if it's something really special.
For a restaurant: This is a BIG difference. You should make it look nice, peep-friendly, and nice. Use some nice tables (I reccomend Vodhin's), nice wallpapers, and a lot of window's. Just look at a restaurant close to where you live, and get inspiration!

Ok, I don't have a problem doing that. Just wanted to know the general idea.

One more thing. In one tutorial it says that you can place the "in game" food stands inside the resturaunt. I suppose this makes the peeps go into the food court to purchase food for scenarios. Is this something I should do for a custom park or is the idea of making a resturaunt in a custom park more about appearance than functionality? I just think it would look strange to make a nice looking resturaunt only to place one of those cheesy looking burger stands inside of it.

It is important depending on the building, for your second question, you should use the custom-shops. Also, why is this in the park section?
