This is going to seem really pathtic, but is anyone else still playing Bullet Witch? I love this game, and have been playing it pretty much exclusively since it came out. I seem to be the only person(with very rare exceptions) who checks and posts on this forum. If anyone else is out there please feel free to send me a pm or e-mail me for discussions. Thanks.

That's cool. I play it everyday for a couple of hours. In fact I just finished playing. My gamer tag is also the same as my user name here. My current rank is 46, but I'm sure that will go lower. I can't seem to increase my score no matter what I try.

Hi LARCHRIS and everyone. LARCHRIS you are definitely the one that keeps the game's Forum alive. Thank you for that! :) As for Bullet Witch, I should be getting it in the mail next week. I was going to get it about 3 weeks ago, but didn't have the money. I'm getting it for $36.00 off eBay, was able to find a good deal. I love going to GameSpot, enjoy what the editors do. But the bad review for BW will not stop me, from checking it out. I was able to find the Original Soundtrack, and love the music. :)

I'm not the type that post much on any Forum. I have a few Forums on the net, that I check out and post some. But I'll try my best to post here as much as possible.

EMZ- you are an atari moderator, right? do you know if there is any hope for a sequel or more content??? i had so much fun with this game, and even gungrave got a sequel- i think games that have small cult followings should be allowed to release more product. not everyone wants games that are dedicated to mass consumption...

As for a sequel? It's been almost two years since this game has been out, and no word of a sequel has surfaced (maybe not yet?). While it performed rather well in Japan(earning Platinum Hits status) it has underperformed here in NA from what I heard. Not sure about Europe. I read somewhere that an AQ Interactive employee said that a sequel will be determined based on the sales of the game outside Japan.

A sequel seems very unlikely right now. As for new content, Atari hasn't posted anything new in over a year, I think. Why would they start now? No reason continuing supporting a game that hasn't made them money.

Sure, BW has a fanbase, but not big enough to make the company create/publish a sequel(if it had a big fanbase, the game would've sold). To companies, sales are what's important to them. They're not going to spend money on a sequel if the original game hasn't made good sales and profited or broke even.

i glad theres still pll out there who apppreciate a game as great as BW (even if it did have some flaws lol)
