CS Request

Hello I'm new here and I have a custom Scenery Request.

A theme called underwater tunnel.

A tunnel placed underwater where track rides can travel through them.

I also have some types of tunnel I want:

Cross Way (2 tunnels cross each other)

Merge and split (1 tunnel splits into 2)

tunnels for loops and corkskrews

and all the turns and kinds of slopes including vertical

They should fit a corkskrew rollercoaster


Just like the picture I want the lights

If it isn't possible to build this let me know.

Tracks cannot go underwater without some tweaking, and then it's really just going underground not truely underwater. CS won't change this, as all the CS stuff is just scenery for now.

In other words, unless you want to just pretend it's underwater, it can't be done. (And creating glass tunnels to enclose all the different track types and pieces would be a HUGE undertaking.)

Great job Mav on timing your responses to avoid the triple post :). Sensing some sort of internet related lag or something on his part.

As for making the pieces...again, it'd be a huge project and not one likely to be taken on by many unless they need it for their own stuff and one that is way beyond my time or knowledge to do.

Just for perspective on what you're asking for...it would be roughly 200-300+ piece set (Thinking about all the pieces and how they fit together on a single coaster, not even going to think about fitting all track types). Maybe someone is that bored and will, but it may be better for you to pickup Sketchup, read through the tutorials offered by Surfingoz and create them for yourself.

Alignment for all the pieces will be a pain too..

Caffinated is correct, it would take alot of time to make these pieces, but it would also be a very good set though! i haven't seen anybody make a lighted glass tunnel and i don't know if it is even possible. Not do down your request, it's like asking for animated objects, and it is not possible for us to do right now! sorry.

Lights are possible, glass is possible (sort of), so the set should be possible in theory. Just a huge amount of time and work would be involved, and who knows how it would work in the game (glass tends to add a bit of lag, so a whole seamless glass tunnel would add quite a bit).

Not knocking the idea mind you, it would be a very nice set to have, if it was done right. But, sadly, getting to that point will be a very difficult and long journey.
