Crowheart's link will show you how but if you want someone to explain it here:

1. Extract the file to the desktop
2. Copy the folder with 2 ovls and another folder into Style/Themed in program files
3. Boot rct3 and look around

Brief I know, but it works.

Also, please DON'T SHOUT IN THE THREAD TITLE IN THE THREAD LIKE THIS IT GET'S REAL ANNOYING VERY QUICK :down:
