SS2 Goku Artwork - What do you think?

I know there are already some discussions about this, but i've found the most comments about SS2 on a SS1 topic, so i made this.

My comment:

It's pretty nice, except THAT'S NOT EVEN SS2!

Spike have mistaken that for SS2 Goku. That picture above is SS1 Goku, however when Goku has released his FULL POWER. (Cell Saga)

Spike has just added the lightning found on a SS2 form.

HOWEVER!!!!

You notice the (japanese) next to his name? I think that means that it's Super Saiyan 2 but form Cell Saga. The form when Goku releases all his power to defeat Cell.

How I know this?

That "pose" that Goku stands like in "SS2".. I'm not sure, but i think that's from Cell Saga in the manga, when he is about to release his Transmission Kamehameha. (early in that chapter you can see Goku "power-up"!)

So, yea, Spike, CORRECT THIS!

Also I think Z-Man said teh text under his name said it's the form when he fought Pikkon, so yeah it's FPSS with lightning.

It's just art work people, we know ss2 goku's character model hasn't changed in bt3. So who cares? and that is clearly fpssj goku.

BT3 artwork has way more detail and a style of the manga.
BT2 is just bulky and ugly looking.

SOME people agree with me! Heck, just look at Teen GOhan(SSJ,SSJ2)! Maybe not ALL the artwork is better, i mean, Cell looks bad-ass in BT3 and so does Super Buu. But i think they could have done a better job like in BT2...oh well...it's still only artwork, so i shouldn't really care...

Exactly, the in-game models look completely diferent (almost) from the artworks, so it doesn't really matter.

i think we'll have much better DB/DBZ/DBGT games when they go and get their info/ bases/ ideas/ everything basically from the Manga and not the Anime... the Manga kicks ass..it's great, while in the Anime they had to make it longer so it would be worth a few hundreds of episodes... that made the drawings lack their quality (cause if you look at it.. the best drawing episodes are those which stricktly follow the Manga's already drawn plans) and the story loses some of it's logic and "credibility" (like Garlick Jr. Saga when Gohan's not even 10 years old and he's supposed to have sent Garlick Jr into the Dead Zone a Decade ago)...

No it is not, but the Artwork is usually not meant to be a reflection of what the Characters will be like in the Game unfortunately. *sighs*

I'd say that the SS2 Artwork of Goku just basically looks like SS1 Goku with the lighting aura of that of a SS2.

Uh...this is off topic, but I think you should just the game name for the move(Warp Kamehameha).

PS. Guys, almost all of you say that that doesn't look like SS2. What do you think i have been trying to prove? *DAH DAH* That it DOESNT look like SS2. (lol)

And i know that the in game model of SS2 is still the same, but i made this to discuss about the "SS2" Goku artwork.
