Was it worth your money?

I would pay 80$

Every penny. I am a huge madden fan and it's sitting on the shelf because of this game. I had just bought Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth and it's a blast and I love it.. it's on the shelf as I play this game.

Yes it's flawed. Yes the devs didn't tell the truth in what they were adding in the game. Yes things could have been put in and aren't. Yes moving each charater (while not in combat) can be anoying. Yes it's worth the money.

Good to see. This game is great. I don't see how anyone who is a true fan of D&D would not like this game.

This game is terrific.
I've been waiting for a D&D game of real depth to come out for a long time now, and this is the best one to come out in years.
I only hope that more will be made in the future...

NWN2 has more depth than this game. I mean, don't get me wrong, this game is fun and all, but no one can seriously say that NWN2 is a shallower game than DDT. If you've played NWN2 at all, you'd know why.

Great, can you tell me where I can get NWN on a handheld game? Oh that's right, its only on PC. Why do people continue to compair this game to games on PC's? Apples.. Oranges..

Dude you just can't have a D&D game with real time strategy. That is not D&D. Turn based IS D&D. Sorry but this is more like playing the PnP version than neverwinter nights.

I never cared much for NWN myself. I'm enjoying this game much more. It seems more focused on actual tactics.

I'd say it's worth it. It's not as faithful a representation of the D&D rules as the Temple of Elemental Evil, but its also a handheld consule game, which neccessitates a different set of expectations.

Also, the psionic classes are a nice addition.

it's not the game I wanted but it is playable. considering I got it by just trading in some old games I didn't play, yeah it was worth it.

Its worth what I payed, but not worth $80.00. Sure if they had delivered everything they had promissed or maybe a game with less bugs I would have payed $80 or more. Its a great game, a bit lacking in the fact that their are quite a few bugs that could have been resolved in those 4 months they delayed the game... I'm still wondering why they delayed the game soo long anyways.

any new feelings after playing for a couple of weeks?

Characters at 6th level, and still loving the heck out of it. Stumbling into work late from lack of sleep ...

I feel you man. I am 5th-6th level right now. Very hard to get up for work since i fall asleep with my psp in hand. This game is freaking great.

I think everyone needs to remember this is on a hand held system. I havn't even used multiplayer yet and I think its a great game. I have neverwinter 2 upstairs on the big box and I'm playing tactics more than NWN2.

It's fun portable and can't wait till my son gets his for christamas so we can hack together.

i think it's a good game so far. my only complaint is that they didn't put the prestige classes in like they said they were. oh well. still a great game!
and oh yea! nothing like hackin and slashin with the friends and family. unfortunately my nephew doesn't like the game that much so he wont play it once he gets his own PSP. maybe once he does i can get him into it. we love playing together :noob:

worth the money - as I'm happily playing along with only few minor complaints.

I paid $40 or so for Dungeon Maker Hunting Ground when it came out and got bored after the 2nd level. Sold it to a coworker for $20. That wasn't worth the money.

and I voted.

Thanks for the vote. I almost bought dungeon maker but passed on it. Sounds like i made the right decision.

I still would pay 80, but damn it is lacking. Besides, how the hell else can i play D&D on the PSP? It is better than nothing, and it's playable.

worth it.

I am in Sydney, glad to see such a DND game on PSP.

Although I cannot ignore the drawbacks, it is still a good game.

Better playing with some game than never :)

I can easily see how. Parts of the game are broken. I've been playing D&D for three years and I havn't seen a game this broken since the local DM for drunk or smoked a fat blunt before coming to the game.

It's worth it only because I got it as a gift for Christmas :) Despite being deeply, deeply flawed, I do have to admit that it's a rather fun, addicting game. I can easily see how many people would be turned off though. If I hadn't been playing tabletop D&D for years with a good grasp of the rules, I'd have given up on this thing almost instantly.
