Nantimi,Inc. and Hershey Together? Who's Nantimi?

Some company called Nantimi,Inc. has a website up and running,and on the main page it says this:

Had you actually read down just a little bit below the Hershey announcement you would have came across this:

Nantimi is a small design firm near Harrisburg, PA offering web sites, branding, collateral, promotions, advertisements, packaging and publication design.

I have heard of Nantimi. They have worked with hershey in the past but they could not get a deal together untill now.
