Yes (http://rcdb.com/id557.htm), but they had to get another company to install the launch. (I think)

Yes, it's a B&M. I think B&M built the launch. It was their first, and currently only launch coaster.

"The Incredible Hulk is the only launched roller coaster ever produced by Bolliger & Mabillard. As a company, they are opposed to launched coasters because of perceived reliability problems, so they subcontracted the launch mechanism to another company. Suposeddly, B&M at first refused to build the coaster, and the ride was almost taken out, but eventually agreed to build the track under the condition that an outside company would supply the launch hardware."

Last I heard, the launch mechanism was done in house by Universal, and the track and the rest of the coaster were done by B&M. I can probably confirm this in a day or two, if you really need to know.

Duelling Dragons is a B&M.

It says all of them on www.rcdb.com, a good site to remember, just type the name of a coaster or park and it'll give you all the info you need! :)
