I'm trying to make my first CSO, andI'm having trouble. I create the object, I imported it, and everything, but when it comes up on the game, it is either laying on the ground, or sideways, or other some weird position. I think it has something to do on SurfingOz's Tutorial when it says to set the axies to zero, do I have to set it to something else for, say.. a sign or wall?
Thanks for any help I might get! Sorry if it's a noobish question, I've only made a block so far.. :p

RocknGuitar -
In the Importer as you are Creating an OVL, you first add your textures, then you add your model. Right after you select the model you want, you'll notice where it says "Transformation Matrix" below the box where your model files location just went. Click on the button that says "Edit". A new window opens. On the lower right is a box labeled "Fix Orientation", click on that, then continue as normal. That changes the model's orientation in Sketchup to match what it will be in-game.
Hope that helps.

Yeah, that's what I do. I click on Fix Orientation. It still doesn't work, though.

I don't mean this to sound rude RocknGuitar, but perhaps more people that are making CS now should learn to rotate the model in the modeling program in order to get the correct placement in the game. Those of us that started making CS for RCT3 in the beginning had to do it & I still do it. It's really not that difficult, it just takes some trial & error to get it right.

This also hapened to me. Try to tilt the object in the opposite direction that it is being tilt in the game and then install the object. That's what I did, and it works. On all your other objects, tilt it forwards so that the face of the object is facing down and you sholdn't have a problem.:)
