how do i apply multiple textures to 1 object?

you right click a face, select, all with same material, then right click and make group, right click again, entity info, name it something... do that for each texture.

u didnt say that... well either way you need to have done wht i said anyway, then in the importer, each group will show up as its name, then all u do is select each textures that u imported from the drop down menu to each named group.

it doesnt help so please could someone add me on aim and ill dend them the sketch up file and the textures and could they import it and every one i ralese i will give the person who imported it will be thanked alot and they will be put on my list of the scenery plus there sets advertised!

You need to split your mesh. That will give you two meshs in the importer, and then you can assign each one its proper material

This is for SketchUp, wich I assume you're using. Just follow the instructions carefully, and it'll help you.

Next time, first search for the information you need, using the Search button. It's the sixth option in the first blue bar from the top of this window.
If that doesn't work, you can scan through the first 4 pages of the Custom Scenery forum (just look at the thread titles, no need to read 120 threads).
