Sorry, But My Take On GT Vegeta Being In (v2)

Hm, why did they "take out" the (GT) part for SSJ4 Goku? I'm going to assume from this, it is suggestive that there's a big chance that GT Vegeta might actually be in as a separate character.

I mean come on, GT Vegeta is necessary for the Omega Shenron/Syn Shenron battle as well as the fusion for Super Saiya-jin 4 Gogeta.

They really can't make it an alternative because we need Vegeta to be able to transform into Super Saiya-jin 4 level like Goku (GT) can.

In regards to the other GT characters...

GT Gohan
- alternate

GT Goten
- needs to be a separate character because he's just a little kid in Z and he looks a lot different in GT

GT Trunks
- could be an alternate
- better if he was separate because how important he was in GT

Eis Shenron
- should be separate (i mean eis, nova, syn, and omega are pretty much the only shadow dragons we need...the others are a bit superfluous)

General Rildo
- yea, i think he's needed. he plays a big role in the beginning
- base, sigma force, metal would be his forms

Ledgic
- not really needed. he only has 1 encounter with Goku (GT)

Baby ("normal" tuffle version...not the baby vegeta version)
- not needed.
- he's too weak and he barely does much except invade the saiyans. baby vegeta is the important "version" of him and he's already included

Other miscellaneous characters:

* Hirudegarn should get his base "beast" form. the form we have now is his transformed state

GT vegeta would have to be a seperate character if he's included. He would have base, ss, ss4 i don't believe spike will give him ss2. Anyway his base should have final flash as an ultimate, his ss should have final shine and his ss4 transformation should have a melee combination into a bba.

As for GT goten well yeah he definately has to be a seperate character in order for him to be included, you can't half ass him in this game because we have no elder goten to half ass on. :haha:

well, since its restarted, I'll name somehting I noticed, well thought of actually. Maybe they took out the "GT" part from SS4 Goku because, well, its obvious he game from GT! SS4 was never in any other one, so it was redundant to mention GT next to his name. I don't mean to shoot down your whole theory about it though, so sorry about that lol. It would be like putting (OAV) next to Broly's name. Well, yeah, we know he's from the movies, he wasn't in anything else for us to confuse where he came from. Understand what im babbling about?

It's probably Final Shine again. It looks pretty cool though. If they revamp it like they revamped 10xKamehameha, then it should look awesome

- I can't see why everyone thinks he's so important but if he should be in then make him a seperate character with base form and SSJ.

- Important character to GT.
- Seperate character with base and SSJ

Eis Shenron
- Not that important to me.
General Rildo
- Yeah, Rildo is a vaild character to add, more valid then kid Chi-Chi.
- Should probably skip his Mega-whatever form though.

- A pretty cool character but has a very brief appearance.
- Not important but could be a fun character to add.

I will post and put what I had already replied on another thread just because it looks as if, it would serve this thread better too. Here it goes.

To the members who's opinion dwindled because the GT artwork has already been updated and Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta was shown alone, hence meaning he couldn't be in the game. Here's four reasons to argue that statement and other reasons that are in favor of him not being in the game.

Argument: Why he may be in???

1) GT Vegeta was an on-demand character here at the forums and a majority of members wanted him in.

2) GT Vegeta may be in the next GT update with the bad guys of Dragonball GT since every update shows ten characters and the next one will only bring seven NOT including GT Vegeta and his Super Saiyan transformation. Though if you include GT Vegeta and his Super Saiyan transformation then that is nine meaning that they'll be an extra character slot on the GT bad guys section. ???

3) Remember the same situation happened with Vegeta Middle. Vegeta Middle was shown with himself (base form) and his Super Saiyan transformation on the Frieza saga update. It was until the Cell saga good guys update was he shown being in there with his Super Vegeta transformation.

4) The Super Saiyan 4 Goku character received the award of getting his base form and previous transformations, ergo so shall Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, right?

In-Favor: Why he won't be in the game

1) The fact that they're will be only a total of "161" characters in the game makes GT Vegeta's chances from slim to none. Only because Spike promised 20 new faces and they're is only 5 new faces to be revealed. The 5 that are left cannot bring any transformations, because though it does not count toward the 20 new faces it does count toward the "161" that Spike has announced. Adding GT Vegeta will just make the character count go to "162" because of his Super Saiyan transformation (Ryo Mito mentioned in an interview that the game is 90% completion ergo the new faces characters have already been selected) thus making Spike lie again. Though in my opinion they haven't lied, quantities of character numbers are bound to change (Developers did mentioned that after completion if they're is time and space extra characters can still be added) though my sources for that confirmation are not representable.

2) The next GT update will only bring bad guys in it, so why would GT Vegeta appear on them, right? Though to argue this statement the Frieza saga update brought Frieza and all of his transformations and Frieza is obviously a bad guy. Though also in that update it brought Goku Middle and his Super Saiyan transformation and it also brought Vegeta Middle and his Super Saiyan transformation. So by all means it would still be acceptable if on the next update of the GT characters GT Vegeta was thrown in with the rest of the bad guys from GT.

Though one thing that bothers me is that "IF" emphasis on IF GT Vegeta will be appearing on the next update, even with his Super Saiyan transformation it would still come out to be nine. Who can the extra artwork be for or could that just mean GT Vegeta IF in would also bring his Super Saiyan 2 just to complete the Left and L3, Up and L3 and Right and L3;transformation button sequences.

Hey I just thought of something. They wouldn't have to take a slot to put GT Vegeta in! They could just REPLACE Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta with GT Vegeta, and have Super Saiyan 4 as a transformation for that character!
