However, in all seriousness...

There is already a requests thread. People like Vohdin DO happen to check it out, but what they do and dont decide to make is up to them. In general, the more general purpose and usefull a group of objects might be the more likely that someone will take up the challenge. Single shot objects... well, you'll be better off learning how to model and import them yourself, as thats probobly the ony way its going to happen.

In addition to those facts, what you did with this thread was so outrageous and... well.. self centered... Thats why all the rather nasty posts to date. I dont know about where you come from, but here you are no more special than any other user. Please act accordingly?

Fools! I have chained Vodhin to my computer, slaving him 20 hours a day to make a 80m high photorealistic plate of scrambled eggs for my park, so he will be unavailable. I plan on capturing all the other CS makers to do my nefarious wills soon so that general request thread as listed twice above will have to do.

99% of the CS makers dont make requests. They prefer make whats on there own mind.

Why not download sketchup and make your own. If it's too hard for you then won't you feel silly for asking people to make what you want for you only. There's alot more to cos than you think. You have icons, texturing, importing, modeling and if you mess up when the importing your gonna have to do it all over again its time very consuming now dosen't what your asking seem funny.

Ok this is the first time I have seen this thread. First of all lets just try and be nice, I know it can be frustrating but lets just point him in the correct direction.

First off their is a request place for things like this it is at the top of this forum.

You will find that it is nearly impossible to get people to make scenery for you unless it is an amazing idea that the maker them self will find useful.

You should try to learn to make CS it is not as hard as everyone thinks, that way you can satisfy your own needs.

I would like to apologize for some of the comments you received from some of my fellow members. The reason you received comments like that are because we too often are getting swamped with threads like this and the CS makers feel angry because people expect too much of them. So please think a bit before you post in a forum, make sure you are not going to anger anyone or upset the community. Try and use good ethics. Just so you know your post seemed very demanding so that is also a reason that you received unwelcome replies.

As I read the first post I really think, that you jsut kiddin' us, slyter. But it looks you mean this serious.

First of all, if anyone ewould start his own wll organized request thread we would need an extra board. For any request we have the stickied link in this board. But to be honest, most CS-makers doesn't take care oft it. In this case, I can understand, why you start your own thread.

In the past most CS-Makers had make the stuff that they needed or want for their own projects. Since the release of Surfingoz' Tutorials for Sketchup it is much easier for anyone to create CS and we had a few designers who take requests too. (Unfortunatly a lot of them forget to release their sets and/or start always new ones).

The best way to persuade a CS-Maker to create CS for you, is to build a great park with an unique theme, that shows, that you use your imagination. Then could some CS-maker be willing to make some final objects for your park. See for example "The Wizard Of Oz"-Set, which was done by Vodhin for Carry White's fantastic park. Or yesmydears "Titanic Set", which was created for Birou's stunning RCT-Movie or Marnetmar's "Tower Of Terrior"-Sign,l which he make exclusiv first for Fisherman's awesome "TOT"-Recreation. So start with your park, convince us with your project and we would see, what we can do for you.

Last but not least, you could tryy to learn making your own CS. With all the tutorials it is no longer too difficult.
