I've been testing the set and I really like it, although I would have prefered it to be in little pieces so that it can be used for other things, other than Space Mountain, because I LOVE those lamps, but they come as one object on 20 or 30 of them.

Also- I noticed the Nautilus Building when you updated along time ago, yet couldn't find it. The parts were scattered about abit but I couldn't find it anywhere, will it be coming in a future update or do I need to invest in some glasses so that I can see it?!!!

Hello everybody,

Well, first of all.. congratulations for an impressive work !! it's really amazing!

And now... I have some problems with the pack. The first one is that I cannot use shadows (well its a minor problem :) ) But here are some that I cant understand:

- I cant see the Sun of the cannon, I only see his face :( .
- I think I am missing some parts of the cannon, maybe I am doing something wrong with the cannon update. Could anyone please explain this update with the full folder names?
- And finally I couldn't see the particles (smoke) but I solved it, I only put the particle files into the "ParticleEffects" folder instead of the "Particles" folder.

That's all.. ah one thing more... wich type of Coaster should I use to make the Space Mountain Launch into the cannon?

Yes- the rest of the sun will be in the 'Ride Events' menu, because the sun rotates (Apart from the actual face) When the train launches. So you can just place the rest of the sun on top.

I use the extended coaster, I think that's the only one that can do it. If am wrong, please can someone correct me!

Also- where the heck did you find that Nautilus building?!! Couldn't find it anywhere in the game!

ummm this may seem like an annoying request but are there any tracks for SMM2 i made my own little makeshift coaster (im such a noob i cant even make the launch part tho...lols) and well i was just wondering whether anyone can release a track layout of the coaster in realtion to the dome, or just the coaster layout in general it would help soooooooo much!!!!!

If you want those particular textures, you can just rip them out of the game if you want and use them. You need to ask Gadget's permission though if you would like to release a set with them.

type in words next time. anyway, the problem is that you created an extral layer of folders that the game has to sort through. When you open the themed folder, be sure that youre only inserting the file containing the CS and the two .ovl files. if you don't, the game gets confused and crashes. Also, try turning off shadows because it can cause a game crash trying to generate a shadow for the dome. tell me if it still doesn't work.:D

No SVD People- The only thing that I can think is wrong is that you have downloaded it and then placed the folder directly into Style/Themed. Download it to your desktop and then open the folder, inside the folder, there will be lots of folders with names like 'Canon Parts' and 'Dome', you have to select each of these folders and then copy these to Style/Themed.

That's the only reason for it that I can think of, I did it myself to start with, I should have read the read-me straight away!

And all these whining people having an arguement here for no reason atall- please, just shut the crap up. This thread should really be used for posting praise the Gadget for the set, problems etc etc. Find somewhere else to argue!

first, get rid of every thing you downloaded, then download it again, but when it says (open)and (save) DONT SAVE open it and copy and paist the files in the themed folder, hope this helps:p

^It's a machine at the end of the ride that says "electro-de-velocitator" on it, and it electrocutes. There should be a pic of it on Gadget's original forum. But, Abercombiehart, I'll try to get that to you as soon as I can. (And I do use the electro-de-velocitator) But I didn't lower the ground or anything, so don't lower the ground for the dome.

Thanks for the awsom CS set it's realy fun to work with especialy because you get to built your own coastertrack inside the dome.

I realy love the whole pack I have installed everything the only thing I don't seem to get is smoke when the cannon shoots the train away ( yes I have used the update and both parts of the cannon work and move up and down.

Have I missed something ?? or......

I did have a problem though your dome and dome top crash my game i guess it was to many polys for my pc also had the same problem with matt14 dome but other then that the rest of your set works GREAT!:D your cannon is going to come in handy

There is a tutorial how to set the pieces up at the first post of this thread. If you do everything exctly how it is explained, you won't see the ground anymore and have all pieces in the correct place.

that you have to diside if you klik on the animated ones and you clik on the animate logo than you can select a part of the track where the canon have to move select the same part of the track fore the 2 tubes part

You forgot to delete the old folders when installing the updates. Delete the old folders, then you will have the right pieces.

When I used this set it just crashed. It wasn't a "no :svd for :sid" or anything it just crashed. It keeps saying how RCT3 has encountered a 'problem' and just shuts down. Am I doing something wrong?

i love this set gadget, It doesn't even lower my FPS on my PC (average on my PC is 10 FPS, with you space mountain set in a sandbox, it only goes down to 8).
The only downside for me with this set is that the game won't let me open a empty sandbox anymore.

Erm, I finally found the area parts in the generic cathegory... Luckily I have the category changer so I changed it to space.

I tried building Space Mountain and I noticed some problems. At the end there's a room with glowing stuff and handrails. I found the exit, but I do not know where the track is supposed to lead in.

Then there's a problem with the canon. Tracks can only go up or down in a step of 2m. So either you build the track so that it fits perfectly with the ramp (but you have problems with the tunnel at the end then) or you lower it 2m down so the tunnel at the top works fine, but the track's 1m under the ramp's track.

Then I noticed that one piece from the area part looms into the dome from outside. The carousel thingy (sorry, I don't know what's its name) disappears very fast in the ground) and it's very difficult to get the water right (without having water in the dome :D)

But all these points are very small bugs. I just wanted to tell you so you have the chance to fix them. Still great set!

In the set where is the black tunnel after the orange one?

When I get into the animated parts and place them, I cant see them and a error comes up saying Failed to open file. You may have unsufficent access. What can I do to stop this?

i dont use this set a long time ago.

this problem is adressed to the wrong installation of the FRW files, wich means: the particles! you have to put all of them in the particleeffects folder on your rct3 installation folder.

but i remember i had a problem like that, i hope i helped you on something

Julien ce n'est pas le batiment de Buzz l'éclair mais celui du nautilus et si tu le ne l'as pas c'est que tu as mal telecharger le pack dans ce cas je t'invite a retourner sur la 1ere page et a suivre la manoeuvre indiquer par Gadget... aussi utilise l'anglais ne serait-ce qu'un petit peu sinon les membres ne te repondront pas...

hi, this set is amazing but i have a small problem, the animated parts (the sun and the door) do not appear in my ride events list ( the pictures appear but the objects do not) also, i have placed the particle effects into the ParticleEffects folder but when i try to use the cannon recoil pieces, the game crashes and says that they are missing but when i go to check they are there, please help

The complete list has all the places in-game you can find this set's pieces. Check it out (just click on the set's name in the list).

How can your game crash when you extract an archive? Maybe you have to redownload the set, if you mean that your extraction program crashes (or re-install the latter).

That's the link, to be honest I'm sure if Gadget is still here :( usally at V1 sets get updates though, sometimes, but we'll see, this is a great set either way.

okay uhm kinda obnoxious that you just "voted" for gadget to make discoveryland...makin CS is kinda hard and overly complicated...especially with the very exquisite detail that gadget made the space mountain set to, there is also no point in making the rest of discoveryland, because there is only autopia which is ridable in RCT3 the rest would just be facades...so really no point in gadget slaving away making another set, unless if he wants to but i highly doubt it..so srry bathscrubber, but that was kinda obnoxious

I've downloaded the pack, installed it to style/themed folder, and named all of the folders consedering space mountain package, Slide Supports as said in a tutorial. Still the game crashed when I try to use a space mountain part. When I close RCT after this, it shows me the error consedering SID or something. This is my first CS, so I'm probally doing something wrong. Hope anyone can help me out here.

if you have then you need to change them back, it will actually be easier to reinstall the pack.

first of all this set is amaizing!!! and for all the people that are having issues the thing that i did wrong so manytimes is that i extracted the whole structures only file into style /themed instead of all of its contents so make sure that u didnt do what i did so many times befor... hope that helps and once again very very very good set gadget

if you are looking for the track from space mountain,you are with the richt person.
i got the FULL track with 2 stations and invisible track in the dome:D
