Colour Chart for CS Makers

Vodhin has made the discovery that actually, Unknowns 3, 4 and 5 actually decided which colour the objects start as when first selected in the game. You have to enter the number of the colour. I didn't want to count numbers each time I used this feature, so I made this, which I now have printed on my desk. Maybe it will help some of you:

No worries. I prefer mine as mine is a screen from in game, so it's easier to relate to than your squares. It's just personal preference.

It's a funny fact but i prefer just recolor it in the game.

You can recolor it in the game, too. But that'S the color the piece has when you first build it. The color, it' meant to be.

Ok, just to clear up. Say you have made a wooden wall. By default, it wil turn out black in the game. Say you want it to be red when it is first selected. You want the first colour to be red (wall), the window section of your wall (which is the 2nd recolourable option) to be pink, and the 3rd recolourable option to be grey. You would look at the chart, and find red, pink and grey and jot down the corresponding numbers.
Red-28
Pink-30
Grey-1

You then enter them, in that order, here:
