Recently, over the last 3 weeks, I have been recieving a considerable amount of Pms from various members requesting objects that they reckon I should make.
Please, please, and I think I speak for most of the community when I say this, stop sending us request PM's. I know myself it just annoys me, and if you PM me there is no way I will make what you want. It's my free time, my hard work, so it's my objects.
Thank You.

Geez I am thankful that I am not a custom scenery maker reading this.
STOP ASKING PEOPLE TO MAKE STUFF FOR YOU AND HOW TO INSTALL IT AND WHAT IS A ZIP. READ THE STICKIES AND LEARN HOW TO MAKE CUSTOM SCENERY FOR YOURSELVES!!!!
And I am sure all those people that are sending those pm's, will not read this thread.

I'm sorry, but you could be mistaken yourself for a n00b. Please, use a spell checker. The amount of bad spelling accross these forums is unbelievable.

It really shouldn't be fun to read this thread.
I wanted this to be a serious discussion and it seems it's now just a stupid thread.
Don't ask why, but this really annoyed me.

There seems to be an influx of people lately who seems to suffer from the "Gimme-Gimme" syndrome. They might (but usually don't...) post a request in the CS Request Thread - like they should.
Then after a few days they usually start to get rude or snotty because someone didn't immeadiately jump up and volunteer to make whatever it is they want (but come on - some of those requests are just plain silly, and I try to keep an open mind).
So they then decide that their 'request' isn't getting the attention it so richly deserves, so they'll start a new thread just for their request. After they get a few replies reminding them where requests go, they then decide to hijack someone else's totally un-related thread to post their own request yet again, usually by this time they are either rude or whiney...or more often both.
Then, just in the off chance their annoying posts and threads might have gotten over-looked (why else isn't their requests already filled?), they decide to send out a few personal pm's making sure that their needs are recognized.
(After all, Vodin or shyguy can't get cracking on this set unless they KNOW that I want it...lazy buggers should learn to check that stickied CS Request list more often instead of making us wait around until they finally make this stuff...don't they know my park is on HOLD because of them???).
They just can not understand 1.) why everyone one else doesn't agree that their's is the coolest idea ever and 2.) why someone hasn't snapped to it and gotten this made...after all they asked for it, so where is it?
What I wish they'd understand instead is the fact that in less time than what they wasted whining and pouting because they don't get what they want, they could have gotten off their greedy little hindends and learned how to make it themselves.
Of course that would require them actually having to read tutorials, use the search button and all that other messy stuff, which really cuts into their busy social life.

I too have had a couple of people pm me request. It is very annoying. They should either learn how to make cs or be creative and use objects that are already available. Most are not even polite in their asking.

Good idea for posting this, I have had easily over 60 requests PMed to me so far since I joined! I guess the reason for this is that I posted a thread asking for requests. Guess they thought they'd get things straight away if they PMed.
I politely say no to all of them with the exception of Albert Caine!

Well, that sure is a bit strange....
But for some (maniac and ears) it's most likely because you've done requests and they come across your thread and the first and only thing they see is "requests"

Ok I don't get pm's about requests for scenery beause I can't make custom scenery but I get requests by my friends and people I don't even know at school to draw pictures for them. They will be like " oh can you make this" "hey you draw good draw this for me". It gets really annoying, and I don't get people who make like 12 threads about the same thing. Trust me I kinda know how annoying it gets. PEOPLE WHO MAKE 2 OR MORE THREADS DON'T DO IT, ONE IS ENOUGH.

Yeh. Sorry once again.
So basically, if you have PMed someone asking for scenery in the past.
Do not do it again!
