By pure chance....I bumped into a guy yesterday visiting a friend on campus at Arkansas State. Well it turns out that this guy is a WDW College Program enlister for the school. And it turns out that he has gotten stundents very good internships in the past there. And it truns out that he worked in imaganeering for a brief stint, before returning to Arkansas to become a architect full time. All this after knocking my notebook out of my hands with a drawing of what looked like "Thunder Mesa" fell out.
We had lunch. Talked about his work. And afterward said that if I want to intern all I pretty much have to do is ask him. So the chances of me deciding to participate just got a lot higher.
So has anyone did this before?

I have done it when I was at UCF, and if you get ANY opportunity to join the CareerStart Intern Program, DEFINITELY take it.
In short, you get paid for having tons of fun. You get unlimited access to all the parks when not on duty (if your schedule permits), you get room and board which is only $80 a week (it's deducted from your paycheck, so that's quite convienent), and if you plan on working for Disney in the future (like myself), the program gets your foot in the door and provides experience that no ordinary Cast Member will get.
Take it!!

I'd absolutely love to be a stereotypical brit at Epcot.
Afternoon guv'nor! Spot of tea for you, Lord Darcy? What ho, by Jove, there's Mary Poppins!
Toodle what pip pip!

I've never heard them say anything like that.

I've been meaning to Photoshop an image for a while now! One that shows Epcot's UK as a true representation of the country! :haha: I'll be sure to do it!

Ask them to. Please. Upload it onto YouTube and share the link.
Are their teeth wonky?
Do they drink Tea?
Do they have Fish & Chips on tap?
Is there a Tesco express?
Is there a red phone box?
Are there any of those guards which aren't allowed to laugh?
Do they moan about the weather?
Do they sound English?
It's been a while since I've been to Epcot. :(

Do they sound English?
I don't know if I'd want my Cast Members to sound English.
I would link to Devvo, but alas, it's rather rude.
If you're up for a laugh, or want to know what a chav is, and aren't offended by offensive language or stupid people, look on YouTube for 'Devvo at the park'.

Yeah the CarrerStart Program is what I would be doing. Do you have any more info on your experience there? Maybe what the course were like as well as the internship itself? I am beyond excited to take part in this, and have been scrounging for any information I can find on it. lol
