Can Arale and General Blue Fly?

I've never had a problem with tao and master roshi in tenkaichi 2.

What's the difference? Even the characters who can't fly, they don't fall unless you stop attacking so it will never mess up your combos or anything.

It actually saves me alot. If your combo gets interupted or blocked you will fall away from the other character before they get a chance to counter attack.

if you watch the new Trailer.... hercule/Satan can now Fly with his back pack instead of falling after awhile... so they might allow Master roshi to fly for a short time then float back down instead of falling ..

Its not that i find it hard. I always love using Kid Goku. It's just funny when they Struggle.

Whoa really? Nice, then maybe Kid Goku will permanently be on the nimbus cloud once in the air? That would be kinda cool if they could get the animations right.
