Echo reefs are aiming to be one of the greatest attractions in the whole of America. We want to offer the members of the public a memorable experience for all the family. In addition to these aims we have planned massive developments in the near future of echo reefs, these include:
• A thrilling LIM launched rollercoaster with an intense inversion
• A multi-million pound educational aquarium with 4-d cinema
• A water park with pools, slides and much much more
• 4 major restaurants
• 3 flat rides
• a log flume with splashing surprises and fun-filled drops

the LIM launced rollercoaster is now complete and is called pacific, here is a picture of the entrance which as you can see is well signposted

although there is only one inversion on the ride , it is very intense , it has been designed to make you feel like you are going to hit the boulders bellow

We will start this update at pacific, here is an overview of pacific’s queue line and loading area, as you can see it is highly themed and very detailed , the queue line manages to wind itself through many Hawaiian structures and vast amounts of foliage, when queuing for pacific you are bound to be stunned

The ride itself is also surrounded by tunes of foliage and very busy scenery, but with its calming blue track it hopes to look pleasing to the eye and supply big thrills.

The ride is meant to be very intense but look very relaxed (as mentioned), the ride uses fountains to calm the mood but at the same time alert the senses of the body

Well before we get to the again very small update I would like to say...

WELCOME BACK
to echo reefs

Well it has been a while since our last update but we have a little update here

NEWS

Mr. Marsh the former manger of the park has sadly had to leave due to family problems therefore I am the new manager and I will overlook the whole project.

The aquarium has been delayed due to the project builders being sacked, this has now been resolved so the aquarium is nearing completion it should hopefully be complete by Thursday or Friday.

We are hoping to get a pov of pacific this weekend.

Work has also started on designing the pool/waterslide complex the Jacuzzi building has now been designed:

Also some new ideas have come forward, we are now planning:

- A family fun rollersoaker
-2 more flat rides
- 2 gift shops
- An entertaining dolphin show

These plans are yet to be confirmed but they are possibility’s

Due to generel complaints that the mini golf is too generic and that it does not appeal to the parks current look and theme, we have dicided to give the mini golf attraction a well needed revamp...

the first hole is very basic and is very easy to accomplish. as you venture through the course you will meet many characters the first being the turtle.

The 2nd and third hole get a little trickier but listen to the puffer fish as he’s sure to give some tricks and strategies

On the 4th hole you are given no help what so ever by the mermaid so it is all up to you. all the mermaid will give is sobs and cries of sadness.

Here is the final hole there are no new characters to meet here but OMG what are they , water cannons , it will require skill and technique to get a hole in one and dodge all that water.

anyway heres some ideas ive came up with,

a dark ride that tours underwater reefs
( with disneyland255s queline idea)

an atlantis themed flume

a looping coaster called the eel that twists ad winds around the lost city of atlantis

these are a few ideas only one of them will probably happen

haha im so glad i re-did that mini golf the original looked horrible and i dont know the coaster is quite big (sorry dont know the exact length) it has 5 inversions and top speeds of 42mph :up:

thanks, well i suppose theres gotta be somebody that dosent like it, but some of the best coasters dont have inversions, pacific may not have as many inversions as other coasters but it has great amounts of air time and many other thrilling features.

Earlier today the brand new coaster at echo reefs was complete, named murene ( french for moray eel) , murene takes you on a tour of the lost kingdom , with 5 inversions and unique scenery murene is ride that should not be missed!

WoW! That last shot is superb! VERY good! Although those blue rocks look good, it really doesnt fit in with the rest. Maybe try adding some more of those rocks around the ride or just get ride of that one on the brake run.

UPDATE:

something new has turned up at echo reefs. a small pier built on our waters, now leads out to a small stadium where you can see our killer whale (karl) perform tricks and stunts. the pier is called tetrafin pier with the pier getting a name all the other zones in the park will also get a name. any suggestions are welxome for names. when complete tetrafin pier will hopefully include a resturant, small shops and sideshows as well as the stadium. for a small pier it sure sounds fun. none of the 3 zones in the park are complete but this will be one of the last zones in the park.

hi guys just to say echo reefs has stopped construction for the year due to workers needing time off for preperations for christmas, there will hopefully be a few small updates during the christmas period but they will be very small.

another reason that the work has stopped is due to me starting a new project just for christmas check it out (link in sig).

with this work delay this means that sadly the preview day will be held back to next year. i will also see if i can find some links to that missing custom scenery you guys cant find.

dont give up on me, if there are no updates during december then the park will return in the new year.

well i have a POV here right now of murene, but i dont know if there is any point in doing one for flying flipper as its short and you cannot really see anything.

Welcome back, more excellent work. Murene POV was very good, I would love a ride on a coaster like that. I think I enjoyed the end of the ride the most, going through the water as you enter the station. A very nice finishing touch.

well before any of you guys think this is DEAD (again) it is not, i have had mountains of coursework to tackle, i have now handed that in , but no its now time to do the second half, on top of the already high amount of science work. sadly this is really eating up my time, i have only been able to open up rct3 twice since the last update, all that is new is a flat ride ( a top spin to be exact) i will get shots of that soon, hopefully this weekend i will be able to squeeze a couple of hours in on rct3 but i aint promising anything!

The bobsled looks amazing, that one rock in the way of the bobsled doesn't look right though, it mmight just be the angle. Great job on this park!

you know its funny, i lose intrest in many of my projects, and i have lost intrest in this alot but for some reason i am always drawn back to it, so your thinking 'are you ever going to finish this' well acctually its nearly complete, all that is needed is to finish the exterior of the aquarium, build a couple more flat rides, build a couple of guest facilites and add what every park needs the "finishing touches". so here we are again another update of a seven month old park still uncomplete, but i said when i started, this is a project i will complete and i will!

looking down here you can see that the fountain originally located by murene has been re located to here, i think it fits perfectly.

of course this update is not just about the re-location of a fountain, a whole new development has been constructed, as you can see there are 2 new attractions and the old resturant has been replaced with a new one

but thats not all murene has had some love and care as of late as well, the old horrible queue line had been replaced with this new one so that it blends in with the rides theme.

back over at the new development, one of the new rides is a family boat ride, the other is located in the big rock next to it, this contains a museum of fish fossils.

the new resturant has a big outdoor sitting area, the menu will contain exotic underwater foods as well as the traditional fish and chips!

the resturant is right in the middle of the parks busy atmosphere, while you sit and eat you can be planning the rest of your day. also in this picture you can see the mini-golfs new name and logo!

Yes almost 2 months after the last update, echo reefs strikes back, the reasons for no updates well you could just say I got a little addicted to Mario kart wii!

yes updates are very very slow but I am determined to get this park finished even if it takes me 2 years, although its not too far off completion.

The park finally seems to be taking shape as the finishing touches start to be incorporated into the park. Here you see some new scenery being placed in the park, not one bit of land is left blank, it is used well to add to the beauty of the park.

In other news, the old flat ride that was originally situated here has been removed for a new model designed by imagineerjohn, I thought it fitted in better than the rct one!
