WEST POINT- Ruby Pier

Hey everybody! Heres a small park thats currently being built. Currently the park only has a small area of land but it has good expectations. Due to a public resort that used to be on the coast the park has access to a huge parkinglot. Today theres only one building still standing.

Heres a pic of the park it mainly has structures that were refubished and added on to. The chessy foutain was added and so was the high end bathroom.

Heres the rest of the park. It has a twister ride and a coaster that were fixed up. Most money in the park went into the landscaping as you can see.

As for the park theres alot going on. Right now the new land purchase is marked out and everybodys getting ready to start building. Heres one of the air shots of the soon to be new property.

The camera was out of focus a little but the good picture isnt available. The new expansions are expected to be expensive. Theres going to be a old fashion car ride expected to be very complex with landscaping. Also ther might be a thrill ride and an adventurous putt putt course.

You've got a good start...

1st pic: I'm not a fan of parking lots, they cause too much lag. You haven't placed any vehicles, so hopefully it will eliminate some of that...

2nd pic: I like the banners displaying the park name. I like the fence on the left side and the trees/bushes...

3rd pic: I like how you've used the different angles, particularly around the carousel and the fountain...

4th pic: I like the choice of fence next the choice of trees. They fit nicely together...

Good news the new attraction is up and running. The vintage car ride has been completed. Earlyer today it was inspected and should be ready when the park opens, whenever that is. Also it came in pretty far under budget. Heres some of the photograghs.

Thanks for the comments. There very helpful. After lots of labor, the last attraction in the newly purchased land has been completed. The adventure island putt-putt course. Also we added trees to the vintage cars and landscaping on the main pathway.

As you can see in the picture obove half of the corse goes underground. Unlike other underground attractions other places have this has a floor, cieling, and walls under ground.

Djaye-Cool, the lights are from vohdins light set and the banners are one of vohdins too, I think vermont set, but Im not sure.

Well here at the park things are not looking good. It was predicted that the park would go bankrupt soon, so the opening of season 1 will be coming early. We're relying on the money brought in from sales and tickets from season 1 to keep us going. Another thing is the park ran out of room again so it'll have to work to get some more.

Though not the biggest and nicest houses there still not going to be the simplest thing to tear down.
Well I dont like to have only bad news so I also have some good news too. Its not that important but since season 1 is coming we took some space by the egg scrambler and put in an building for the employes that are soon to be hired.

Its not the best but its still nice for the size of the park. This building will also handle light storage.

Well this is it. Season one is going on right now. Befor it happend there was alot of preperation. To attract poeple, the park put up some decorations for halloween. Also the owners of the farm let us use the land. We added a maze and a mirror house too. The next day the park opened and the crowed came pouring in. Aparantly the local cities are very supportive of the park. The park is expecting alot of changes once season 1 is over.

Well season 1 went off with a hit. There were more people than expected, the peple poured in. With a total toping off at 488 people the park can really expand befor season 2. Lets not get ahead though. The lowest money making attraction was the house of mirrors with a total of only $4.00. Besides that tough there was alot of money made. The park made 397,400 (3,974) dollars in season 1, mainly because an award won by the park. The park manager said you can expect alot of changes soon.

Its been a long time, and yes the park IS still going. There been alot of stuff going on latley. At the park construction is begining on new attractions, and new things. Hopefully the park is here to stay. The parks been busy latley, due to the fact that there was alot of vegatation that had to be riped out befor construction. The park made a plan to help with construction.

I know space is an issue and everything, but the turn right after the big drop on the water ride doesn't look right. Usually there's straightaways after big drops like that...but seeing as how it's already complete, it's probably too late. Nice custom supports, though!

At the park there hasnt been that much going on lately. The newest part is the rock and eat plaza. Theres going to be a stage were live performances are going to go on, while guest eat delicious food. The parks looking for styles to use for the building to serve food. anyone is welcome to submit their styles. heres the recent construction.

The park is sick of running out of room. Hopefully the next time land is purchased it'll be enough to last more than one season. The land on the shore is pricey but it will be popular to have land by the ocean.

If your wondering, YES, this park is still open. There have been alot of things going on and work has been very slow. And with school and the upcoming holidays its even harder to get things done. I'll do the brst I can to try to keep this park going, and I would hate to see it die.

Currently the park is taking drastic steps and risks to help the park grow in size and wealth. The first main, huge step is Ruby Pier. Currently finnished it was made on the shore front land. It was a very big step for the park, but should hopefully help the park in the end. The pier so far has a gift shop, 2 reasturants, and an arcade. Eventually it will be exspanded wich is why some of it may not seem completed right now. Enough talking heres the pictures.

(IMPORTANT)Just so you know the shop challenge is still going on. The only spot avalible is B because the other spots were filled with fast food places to help get the park money through advertising. The spot must be a candy store too, so get those stores in.
