It would seem that you're able to transform in the middle of a Rush-Attack.
It also looks as though in the middle of their rush, you can somehow counter it with your own.....

Can you really do this, or is it just clever cutting and editing which makes it look like you can?

The only attack I know where you can transform in the middle of it is Goku's Super Spirt Bomb

That video is fan made (using clips of T3), in case you didn't noticed :rolleyes:
