Clearly fake. Vegeta yawning? His face doesn't show that attitude he always has.

And his hair color, texture and shading seem a bit off.

Clearly fake as well. The hair is way too long, the eye color seems off, his face looks a bit odd.

Both of them seem like they were just PhotoShop'd using the Bebi Vegeta (Base) character art.
