Why would they? Art work has nothing to do with the in game models, if they're wrong it doesn't matter.

The artwork for Goten is wrong also. They made his belt blue when it's supposed to be black. Is it fixed in the game?

Again, the art work has NO bearing on what's in game. It's just to show off the characters, in no way does it represent the in game character models.
