O.K...I have searched and downloaded alot of CS from
various sources, some really useable, some not so much.
some really great enhancements out there.

May I ask what these designers use to create the
CS objects ? I mean what programs are used ?

I have messed around with some older 3d
programs, and I understand a little bit about
ulead cool 3d and Simply 3d software. I was just wondering
if there was a a special program that the developers
use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use the ASE Exporter and RCT3 Object Importer (v17fix2) or fix3. I would also suggest using Google Sketchup to make your CS. It's the easiest, and it's free!

Go into RCT3 Extange than Custom Scenery.
