I'm sorry? If you're looking for a sencery peice, look in the Custom Scenery part of the fourm.

Ask this question in the custom scenery section, then you might get someone who wants to make it for you.

I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for, but the game comes with a winged demon thing in the scenery menu. (it's under the "Spooky" tab) Does that not suit you? And adamb241 is right, this is in the wrong section. If you want someone to make you this, ask in the custom scenery forum (http://www.ataricommunity.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=406).
